We ship our boxes every Tuesday and Friday unless otherwise noted in the product description. You will
receive a shipping confirmation email when it is on its way, and another email when it is delivered.
The order deadline for Friday shipping is the previous Tuesday by midnight. The order deadline for Tuesday shipping is Saturday by midnight.

Need to delay shipping your box to arrive closer to a birthday or special date? No problem! Leave a note in the comment section in the cart and let us know the best date for you.

Yes! At checkout, choose Expedited Shipping, and your box will ship within 1-2 business days from the time of your order, and be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air.

We can ship to the continental United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at  

Please create a separate order for each shipping address.

A flat rate fee of $8 is added to every order at checkout.

Corporate Gifts

You bet! We can curate products for a custom box with products with a theme or from a certain geography. We also have other customization options that include company logo, postcard inserts, and box and/or ribbon color.

Gift Wrapping

Yes! We can add seasonal ribbons to your box, and include a personalized note on a card. Choose the gift ribbon option and let us know your personal message at checkout! 

The wrapped box will be shipped inside another shipping box. 

Fundraising boxes are excluded from gift wrapping. 



Unfortunately no. We want you to be delighted with your gift box, and we truly believe that you will be based on the products selected and the small businesses we support. We are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or returns at this time.
