Mother's Day is right around the corner.
On the hunt for something special for the moms and mother figures in your life? Look no further than our Mother’s Day Gift Box! This signature box was thoughtfully crafted to bring a little extra brightness and joy to your loved ones this Mother’s Day, featuring goodies from small businesses and local artists of Kennett Square, PA.
Try the coveted macarons from Patisserie Lola, and enjoy a variety of cookies from Deisy’s Cake Shop, OSOSweet, and Greek From Greece. Need more of a balance of sweet and salty? Mrs. Robinson’s house-made Dark Chocolate Covered Pretzels have got you covered. Looking for an afternoon pick me up? How about a cup of Chai Tea from Chaikhana Chai, or a Gourmet Coffee from Cookie’s Caffe? Something healthy and light? Put the Talula’s Table granola on top of a yogurt or smoothie bowl of your choice! And for the moments between indulging in these tasty treats, Suzanne Gaadt of Give a Fig made the perfect bookmark for all the bookworms out there, or it can be used to mark a recipe in the Mushroom Cookbook from the Woodlands at Phillips Mushroom Farms.
Have a picky family member? Take a look through our marketplace for individual goodies they will love, or build your own uniquely personalized box. Whether it be chocolate, teas, treats, or something in between, everything you could need is all in one spot.
Our curated Mother’s Day boxes have been a hit in the Kennett Square community for several years now and, with our shipping options, you can bring a taste of Kennett to loved ones both near and far. Free local delivery is available to the first 50 orders within a 12-mile radius of downtown Kennett Square, and shipping is free as well. Supplies are limited and Mother’s Day is right around the corner, so make sure to get your Gift Box orders in by midnight on Monday, May 1st! The local deliveries will be made on Saturday, May 7th, while shipments will go out on Tuesday, May 10th to ensure the boxes make it to the moms who live a little further away.
Whether it’s a taste of home or a completely new experience, this is a great opportunity to try new things and support small businesses and artists. And if that isn’t enough to convince you, a portion of the proceeds from each box we sell goes to the Kennett Area Community Service, a local nonprofit that provides essential services to the community (e.g., the local Food Cupboard). Everything about this box is both from the community and for the community.
And from the Taste Local Eats team, a very happy Mother’s Day to you and yours!
